The Rotary Club offers our Year 6 pupils the opportunity to develop important personal skills. The objectives of the Rotary Club are to increase independence and foster valuable links with the local community. Children in the club work towards the Rotary Club Junior Award.

On the 16th March 2017 the Year 6 girls Football team took part in the Liverpool F.C. Regional cup finals at Rainhill High School.

The Girls were representing West Lancashire as District winners, they competed against schools from the Wirral-Knowsley-Southport and Warrington.

Tag Rugby

On Saturday 19th March 2017 some of the Year 5 and 6 children braved the wind and rain to take part in a rugby tournament in Ormskirk. It was wonderful to see how the children's confidence and skills grew during the morning.  The 'A' team were awarded second place and the 'B' team were awarded third place.  Well done to all the children who took part.  The children were ethusiastically supported by their parents and two of our governors, Mrs Merriman and Mr Glennon.
